    Seafood: Crab Spread (Lowfat)

    List of Ingredients

    2 cans crabmeat, drained
    1/2 cup Kraft fat free mayo
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    2 tablespoons chopped snipped chives
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    3 hard cooked egg whites, fine chopped
    1 cup diced pared cucumber

    Recipe

    Pick thru crabmeat. In medium bowl, combine mayo, parsley, chives, Worcestershire and lemon juice; mix well. Add chopped egg white, crab, cucumber and toss. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled, about 1 hour. Serve as a spread with salt free saltines, or as a salad.
