    8 oz. Yoghurt; non-fat/natural
    1/2 Cucumber; peeled, seeded and chopped
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1/4 c Chives/spring onions, chopped
    1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
    Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients together thoroughly. Pour into small serving bowl and chill.
