    Seafood: Garlic Crab Artichoke Swiss Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup mayonnaise
    8 ounces sour cream
    1 1 3/8 ounce garlic mushroom soup mix
    14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    1 6 ounces can crabmeat, picked over

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, soup mix, artichoke hearts, cheese and crab meat in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix well. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve immediately along with a French baguette, crackers or crostini.
