1/2 pound cheddar cheese -- finely grated
1 jar pimento -- chopped
2 8 ounce cream cheese -- room temperature


Recipe

Put grated cheese in mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients and mix well with fork. If it is not spreading consistency, add a bit of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.
