    Cheese: Rosemary Feta Dip

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 cups crumbled feta cheese
    3 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves crumbled
    1 dash black pepper

    Recipe

    Place one cup plain yogurt; two cups feta cheese; crumbled leaves from three sprigs of fresh Rosemary; and a dash of black pepper in a food processor or blender and blend to a smooth consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste. Use on baked garlic or add chopped garlic and use as a dip for fresh vegetables.
