    Spicy Apricot Spread

    List of Ingredients

    1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
    2 teaspoons horseradish
    2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 tbl. honey

    Recipe

    In a medium-size bowl, combine apricot preserves, horseradish, mustard, honey and black pepper. Adjust seasonings as desired. Cover and chill overnight. When ready to serve, place the cream cheese on a serving plate and pour the apricot mixture over the cream cheese. Serve with crackers or baguette
