Cheese: Tangy Cheese Ring

List of Ingredients

8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces Velveeta cheese
8 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese
3 drops hot sauce
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 medium onion, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 18 ounce jar peach preserves


Recipe

Combine all ingredients except pecans and preserves. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup pecans on an oiled, 7-cup ring mold and press mixture into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on platter and put remaining pecans into cheese ring. Place preserves in center ring. Garnish with parsley; serve with crackers.
