    Fajita Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients

    12 chicken wings
    1/4 cup lime juice
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

    Recipe

    Disjoint chicken wings; discard tips.

    In a large plastic bag, combine lime juice, oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, oregano, and pepper flakes; add chicken wings.  Seal bag; toss to coat chicken wings.  Refrigerate at least 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.

    Preheat oven to 375°F.  Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick vegetable spray. Drain chicken wings, reserving marinade.  Arrange on prepared baking sheet. Bake, brushing with reserved marinade occasionally, 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken wings are no longer pink.  Discard any remaining marinade.
