    Lime and Chipotle Wings

    List of Ingredients

    2 kg Chicken wings

    Marinade:
    * 2 dl Lime Juice
    * 2 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
    * 1 dl Olive oil
    * 30 g Chipotle
    * 4 Tbsp Thyme - fresh (or substitute with 2 Tbsp dry thyme)

    Recipe

    Remove the stems from the chipotle and put all ingredients in a food processor and mix it with the steel blade until you have a smooth marinade.

    Cover the wings with marinade. Marinate the wings for 6 - 12 hours. Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt. Enjoy with or without your favorite dip.

    Freeze leftover marinade an use later for another batch of wings.
