    24 small squids (with tentacles) cleaned
    2 tsp. salt
    3 garlic cloves crushed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Chablis
    flour
    olive oil
    lemon juice
    2 lemons sliced into thin wedges

    Recipe



    Clean and rinse squid with cold water. Combine wine, garlic, salt and pepper and add squid to marinate for 4 to 5 hours. Then heat oil in a deep fryer. Drain squid, roll in flour and fry until golden. Drain on a paper towel, keep warm until all are fried. Transfer squid to serving platter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with lemon wedges.
