    Baked Flounder with Sour Cream

    Recipe Introduction


    "You can use any white fish in this recipe. The topping is creamy, suave, herb-scented and totally wonderful."

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound flounder filets
    Seasoned salt, to taste
    Pepper to taste
    1/4-cup mayonnaise
    3/4-cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon chopped chives
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Recipe



    Place fish filets in a single layer, skin-side-down, in a shallow buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper, to taste. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the fish. Place on the 4" rack and InfraCook on HI for 12 minutes or until fish is opaque (be careful not to overcook the fish).
    Yield: 4 servings
