    Recipe Introduction

"A flavorful topping like this orange-wine glaze dresses up ham and makes it something special."

    List of Ingredients

1 boneless fully cooked ham, about 4 pounds
    1-teaspoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 tablespoons vermouth
    3 tablespoons orange marmalade, divided
2 teaspoons butter Parsley, as a garnish

    Recipe

Using a sharp knife, score the ham on the diagonal, first in one direction and then across, to create a diamond pattern. Place, scored side down, in liner pan. InfraCook on Power Level 5 for 30 minutes. Turn scored side up and InfraCook for 30 minutes more or until ham is completely heated through (140¡ on an instant read meat thermometer).

While the ham bakes make the glaze: In a small saucepan blend the cornstarch with the lemon juice. Stir in the vermouth and half of the marmalade. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add remaining marmalade and butter. Heat and stir until butter is melted. When the ham is heated through, brush the scored side with glaze. Return to the oven and InfraCook on HI for 2 to 3 minutes (watch carefully as the glaze burns easily). Spoon any extra glaze from the pan over the ham and serve hot, garnished with parsley.
    Yield: 10 to 12 servings
