    Recipe Introduction


    "Pork takes so well to the flavors of rosemary and apple. Here the sauce is glorified with crunchy walnuts and melting bits of feta cheese."

    List of Ingredients




    4 bone-in pork chops, about 1/2" thick
    Olive oil, to taste
    Seasoned salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste
    1-teaspoon rosemary, crushed, divided
    1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/3 cup coarsely crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Using paper towel, coat each pork chop lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of the rosemary. Place chops directly on the 4" rack and InfraCook on HI for 7 minutes per side, or until done to taste. While the chops cook, place the apple pie filling in a medium saucepan. Add lemon juice and the remaining 1/2-teaspoon of rosemary. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Taste and add salt if needed. Spoon the mixture evenly over the cooked pork chops. Sprinkle with goat cheese and walnuts. InfraCook on HI just until the cheese softens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Yield: 4 servings
