posted to yahoo groups for flavor wave oven users

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 Cup of O.J. or,
1/4 Cup of lemon or 1/4 Cup lime juice with
2TBS.. of "lite" Soy Sauce (preferably Kikkoman)
    2 tsp. of sugar
    1/4 tsp. of ground ginger
    1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
2 to 3 Tablespoons of Badia Mojo Marinade (found in the Latino food section of the SuperMarket).

    salmon fillets

    Recipe

Mix all ingredients together and taste. It should be very "Citrusy" and slightly sweet with a pronounced Garlic flavor. Put it into a bowl and put the Salmon into the marinade, skin side up. Leave it there for at least 12 hours.

When ready to cook it, put a piece of foil slightly larger than the filet onto the 4" FW rack and put the Salmon on the foil SKIN SIDE UP. Set the FW for around 8 minutes (less if you like your fish on the medium rare side) high power. When the time is up, the skin will be dry and crisp. Slide it off the Salmon with a fork or knife, then carefully turn the Salmon over. Brush it with some of the leftover marinade and cook for an additonal 8 Minutes on High or until it reaches the level of "doneness" you prefer.
