    Spicy Wings w/ Asian Dipping Sauce

    "The creamy, sweet-pungent Asian-style sauce is a real winner with these delicious wings."

    List of Ingredients




    24 disjointed chicken wings, tips discarded
    Garlic salt, to taste
    Onion salt, to taste
    Freshly ground black pepper

    Asian Sauce:
    1/4 cup peach preserves
    1/4 cup whipping cream
    1/4-cup smooth peanut butter
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1-tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    Recipe



    Sprinkle wings generously with garlic salt, onion salt and pepper. Place directly on the 4" rack and InfraCook on HI for 6 minutes. Turn and InfraCook 6 minutes more or until crisp and brown. In a food processor or blender, soy sauce and lemon juice. Process until blended. Pour into a small serving bowl. Serve the wings hot or room temperature with Asian Dipping Sauce.
    Yield: 12 servings
