    Recipe Introduction

"These sound like kid fare, but surprisingly enough, adults love them too!"

    List of Ingredients

1/2 cup very finely chopped ham
    4 teaspoons pickle relish
    1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1-tablespoon mayonnaise
    4 beef frankfurters
    4 slices bacon
    Barbecue sauce
4 frankfurter buns, split and toasted

    Recipe

In a medium bowl mix ham, relish, onion, mustard and mayonnaise. Make a pocket in the frankfurters by splitting them lengthwise 3/4 of the way through and cutting almost to the ends. Spoon an equal amount of the filling into each. Wrap each with a slice of bacon; making sure the bacon covers the entire filling. Secure with a toothpick. Place directly on the 4" rack. Brush the top generously with barbecue sauce. InfraCook on HI for 6 or 7 minutes or until the filling is hot and the bacon as crisp as you like it. Serve in toasted buns.
    Yield: 4 servings
