    Cheddar Swiss Ale Fondue

    2 C Shredded Swiss Cheese
    2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 C Flour
    1 Bottle Good Ale
    1 tsp. Garlic Salt
    1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

    Recipe



    Toss the flour with the cheeses and set aside. Heat beer and seasonings to a simmer over low heat. Do not boil. Gradually add cheese and stir in a back and forth motion adding more cheese until all is melted. Transfer to fondue pot and keep warm.

    Tips

    * Crusty breads such as Baugette or sliced Cuban go well with this.
    * Our favorite is hot pretzel chunks.
    * Sliced apples are delicious with this too.
    * Amber Ale or an IPA are excellent choices for this recipe.
