    Sweet: Fudge Fondue

    Amish Country Cookbook Vol III

    List of Ingredients

    6 ounces chocolate chips
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 can condensed milk, sweetened
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 dash salt

    Recipe

    Melt chocolate and butter in small saucepan, stirring constantly. Add the rest of ingredients. Cook about 5 minutes or until mix is hot and slightly thickened. Keep in warm fondue pot while serving. If it becomes thick, gradually add hot water until right consistency. Can substitute 1 tsp mint for vanilla.
