4 ounces Roquefort cheese
1/2 cup butter softened
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 clove garlic crushed
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce


Recipe

This is wonderful with beef! Wisk together all ingredients. Spoon into serving bowl and serve at room temperature.
