    Sweet: Toblerone Fondue

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 lb Toblerone chocolate (chopped)
    1/2 cup whipping cream
    1 tablespoon Bacardi
    3 cups sponge cake cubes
    6 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, seedless red and green grapes, raspberries, kiwi fruit etc.)

    Recipe



    * Place whipping cream in a small saucepan and bring to boil.
    * Place Toblerone chocolate into fondue pot, pour hot cream over chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted.
    * Stir in Bacardi. Place fondue on the fondue stand over low heat.
    * Serve with prepared fruits and sponge cake cubes.

    Serves 6
