    List of Ingredients




    3 tablespoons sweet paprika
    3 tablespoons brown sugar (either light OR dark)
    1 1/2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon garlic salt
    1 tablespoon onion salt
    1 tablespoon celery salt
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon dried oregano

    Recipe



    Place paprika, brown sugar, pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt, cumin and oregano in a small mixing bowl and whisk to mix, breaking up any lumps in brown sugar with your fingers. Store rub in an airtight jar away from heat or light; it will keep for at least 6 months. Makes about 2/3 cup.
