Sausage: Beer & Bratwurst on the Grill

List of Ingredients

1 pound bratwurst
1 can beer
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
10 whole black peppercorns
1 medium onion, sliced


Recipe

Heat grill. In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring just to boil over medium high. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove bratwurst and simmer onions until tender. Immediately place bratwurst on grill and cook until browned.
