    Fish/Seafood: Fish Steaks Dijon

    List of Ingredients

    1 can Swanson Ready to Serve Clear Chicken Broth -- (14 oz)
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon Dijon style mustard
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    6 swordfish or salmon steaks 2 1/2 lb, -- 1" thick

    Recipe

    In a large shallow nonmetallic dish, with fork or wire whisk, combine broth, oil, lemon juice, mustard and pepper. Add fish, turning to coat. cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour turning fish occasionally.

    TO GRILL Remove fish from marinade and arrange on grill rack directly above medium coals reserve marinade. Grill, uncovered, 10 minutes or til fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning once and brushing with marinade often during cooking.
