    4 top loin chops
    6 tablespoons honey
    3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Season chops with salt & pepper and grill over medium-hot fire. Stir together honey & hot pepper sauce and baste chips during grilling. Remove chops from grill and brush with remaining glaze.
