    Roquefort Biscuits

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1 cup self-rising flour
    2 ounces Roquefort cheese
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
    Cucumber slices
    Cherries

    Recipe

    In a large mixing bowl, cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Crumble in Roquefort cheese; sprinkle in Cheddar cheese.  With tips of fingers; mix thoroughly to form a dough.  Cover and refrigerate for several hours.

    Preheat oven to 400°F.  Spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick vegetable spray. Shape the chilled dough into 36 equal balls.  Roll each in toasted sesame seeds, pressing the balls flat to coat well with seeds.  Place on prepared baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    TO SERVE:  Arrange biscuits on a plate; garnish with cucumber slices and cherries.
