    Banana Butterscotch Muffins

    List of Ingredients




    3 Bananas
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1 small box Bisquick
    3/4 cup melted butter
    2 eggs beaten
    2 small pkgs. pecans
    1 large pkg butterscotch chips
    Milk as needed about 1/2 cup

    Recipe



    Mash bananas with sugar and set aside. Combine all the other ingredients (except milk). Add bananas and enough milk to give a muffin consistency. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
