    1 cup bread flour
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 package dry yeast
    3/4 cup warm water (120-130¼F)

    Recipe



    Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process for 1 minute or until well-blended. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; cover and chill sponge for 2 to 24 hours.
