    Breakfast Sausage Cheddar Casserole *

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound pork sausage
    6 slices white bread, toasted, cut into cubes
    1/2 pound shredded mild cheddar
    1 teaspoon mustard powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 cups milk

    Recipe

    Crumble sausage into a skillet. Cook over medium heat. Drain. Mix together cooked sausage, toast, cheese, mustard, salt, eggs, and milk. Pour into a greased, 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, at 350ºF for 45 to 60 minutes. Uncover, and reduce temperature to 325ºF. Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until set.
