10 slices bread
6 eggs
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups cooked chopped ham
1 10 ounce pa thawed chopped spinach (opt.)
Recipe
Butter a rectangular 13" x 9" baking pan. Butter bread slices, cube them, and set them aside. Beat eggs well and add milk, parsley, dry mustard, and salt. Add bread, and cheese, and stir together. Spread in pan and bake at 350ºF for an hour or until set.
