Spam Cheese Bake

List of Ingredients

1 can Spam (12 oz.)
1 c Bread crumbs
3 Eggs beaten
1 c Milk
1/2 lb Sharp cheese cubed
1 md Onion chopped
1 Green bell pepper


Recipe

Grind Spam, cheese, onion and pepper together. Combine with the remaining ingredient. Bake in a casserole, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more to brown. Serves 6-8.
