1 1/2 c Sifted flour
4 ts Baking powder
3 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs beaten
3/4 cup Milk
1 ts Butter melted
1 c Fresh strawberries sliced


Recipe

In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Combine eggs and milk and stir into dry ingredients only enough to moisten batter. Add melted butter and strawberries. Fry on hot griddle. Serve with syrup and butter.
