    List of Ingredients




    10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thaw, drain
    1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
    2 tablespoons chopped green onions
    1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 cup light cream or half and half
    1/4 cup dijon mustard

    Recipe



    Combine spinach, cheese, bacon and green onions. Spoon mixture evenly into pastry shell. In small bowl, blend eggs, cream and mustard. Pour even over spinach mixture. Bake at 375ºF for 35-40 minutes or until knife inseerted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. To serve, cut into wedges. Makes 8 servings.
