    List of Ingredients




    16 eggs
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 cup half and half
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups diced cooked ham OR crumbled cooked sausage
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Beat eggs in large bowl; add remaining ingredients. Beat well; our into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350¼F until mixture is set and top is golden, about 45 minutes. Yield: 10-12 servings.
