    Eggs & Dairy: Creamed Eggs on Toast *

    List of Ingredients

    4 eggs, hard boiled
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup butter
    2 cups milk
    6 slices bacon, fried

    Recipe

    Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk and salt, stirring continuously until thickened. Slice eggs and crumble in bacon. Serve over toast.
