    List of Ingredients




    12 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed -- (about 4 lb)
    3 cups cubed fully cooked ham -- (about 1lb)
    1/2 cup chopped onoin
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
    sour cream, optional

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, cook potatoes, ham and onion in butter, stirring frequently, until ptoatoes are lightly browned. Add broccoli; heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream if desired. Yield: 8-10 servings.
