    Chicken: Almond Chicken 2

    List of Ingredients




    3 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour or spelt flour
    1/3 cup Tamari soy sauce
    1/2 cup almonds finely chopped
    1 teaspoon ginger
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tablespoons peanut oil

    Recipe



    In large bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Cut chicken into bite size chunks and marinate in soy mixture while you prepare other ingredients.

    In another bowl. combine flour, almonds, and rest of seasonings. Add this to chicken and toss until chicken is coated.

    Heat oil in wok or large skillet on high heat. When oil is hot, add chicken, and turn heat down to medium. Cook, covered, stirring often, about 20 minutes. This goes well with rice and a green vegetable. Makes 8 servings.
