    Chicken: Chicken Teriyaki

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
    3/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tablespoons dry mustard
    2 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
    1 tablespoon pepper
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    garlic powder to taste
    6 boneless, skinless whole chicken breasts

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients except chicken in blender 30-40 seconds. Pour over breasts and cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Next day, wipe off excess marinade and grill. Serve with wild rice. NOTES : You can freeze these before they are grilled.
