    Topping:
    1 cup Flour
    1 cup Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 Egg Beaten

    Filling:
    2 tbl Flour
    3/4 cup Sugar
    4 cup Boysenberries, Frozen to 5 C, or fresh
    1 stk Unsalted Butter melted

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 deg F. In a med. bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and blend in egg, mixing until the topping is crumbly. Set aside.

    To prepare the filling, mix flour and sugar in a sm. bowl. Place boysenberries in a lg. bowl and sprinkle with the flour and sugar mixture.

    Toss gently to evenly coat the boysenberries. Transfer berry mixture to well-buttered oval pot pie dishes or one 9x9x2" baking dish, and sprinkle topping over berries. Drizzle butter evenly over the crymbly topping.

    Place baking dish on a baking sheet to prevent spillovers into the oven. Bake for 45 min.
