    2 cups self-rising flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
    1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    Confectioners’ sugar

    Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray a 10-inch Bundt pan with non-stick vegetable spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. In a small bowl, combine eggs, oil, and vanilla; add to flour mixture, beating until blended.  Stir in cherry pie filling, chocolate morsels, and walnuts.  Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.  Cool in Bundt pan for 20 minutes.  Remove from Bundt pan; cool completely on a wire rack.  Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
