    List of Ingredients




    3 cups diced rhubarb
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons flour

    TOPPING:
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup shortening

    Recipe



    Combine fruit, sugar and flour; place in greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine dry ingredients for topping, then cut in butter and shortening until crumbly. Bake at 375¼F for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream, whipped cream or milk. Yield: 10-12 servings.
