    Low Calorie/Low Fat Recipes Spring 96, BH&G

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1 2 ounces tub fat-free cream cheese
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 kiwifruits halved and sliced peeled
    1 medium banana sliced
    1 medium orange cut into fourths and sliced peeled
    1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen red raspberries thaw and drained
    1 cup low-fat granola cereal

    Recipe



    Combine yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a small bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed till combined. Chill. Stir together kiwi fruits, banana, orange, and raspberries in another small bowl. To assemble, layer the fruit mixture, yogurt-cheese mixture, and granola as desired in individual dishes. Serve immediately.
