1 dozen sugar cookies (2-3 inch diameter)
1 1/2 cups prepared chocolate icing
butter knife
1 dozen chocolate-peppermint wafer patties (candy)
12 red gumdrops
24 black gumdrops
36 strands of thin whip style black licorice
Recipe
Frost each cookie with chocolate frosting. Cut each chocolate-peppermint wafer patty in half. Place patties in a 'v' shape on cookie for ears, cut sides facing each other Place 2 black gumdrops on cookie for eyes. Place 1 red gumdrop on cookie for nose. Cross 3 licorice whips under 'nose' for whiskers. Makes 12 Black Cat Cookies.
