    "Fall and curry just seem to go together and adding pumpkin seeds to the equation makes for a wonderful snack. Spicy and crunchy, these are really addictive. For really spicy seeds, add a few dashes of hot sauce and cayenne pepper. "

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup curry powder
    1/4 cup water
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    Dash cayenne powder
    2 cups hulled pumpkin seeds

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the curry powder, water, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne in a medium saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Add the pumpkin seeds and cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the pumpkin seeds and place on a large baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seeds are crisp. Store in an airtight container.

    Makes 2 cups spiced seeds.
