    List of Ingredients




    1 egg
    1/2 cup of margarine
    1/2 cup of orange juice
    2 teaspoons of orange rind
    2 cups of sifted flour
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
    1/2 cup of raisins (optional)

    Recipe



    Beat egg well. Add margarine, orange juice, and rind; set aside. Sift flour, baking powder, and cinnamon together. Combine with egg mixture. Fold in nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoon on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
