    Recipe Introduction


    "This is a pretty shade of green...good for St. Patrick's Day or Christmas holiday parties! Good and easy to make!!"

    List of Ingredients




    1 yellow cake mix
    3/4 oz. pkg. instant Pistachio pudding mix
    4 large eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. water

    Topping:
    4 T. sugar
    2 T. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (I used pecans)

    Recipe



    Mix cake ingredients well. Pour into 2 greased 9" x 5" loaf pans, putting 1/4 of the batter in each pan. Mix topping ingredients and put almost 1/2 over the batter in pans. Then pour remaining batter over the topping. Put remaining topping over the top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
