    Broiled Steak with Balsamic Vinegar

    1 1 1/2 lb sirloin steak
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons honey

    Recipe



    Place steak in shallow dish. In small bowl, stir together vinegar, oil, honey and pepper. Pour over steak and let stand at room temp for 1-2 hours. Preheat broiler (or grill). Sprinkle steak lightly with salt. Place on rack in broiler pan and slip under hot broiler. Broil turning once, 3 minutes per side for rare or til done to liking. Slice and serve immediately.
