    Doll's Kielbasa Casserole

    1 Keilbasa
    4 med Potato, sliced
    5 Egg, hard-boiled
    2 1/2 cup Milk
    1/3 cup Flour
    1/3 cup Margarine
    3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, sharp

    Recipe



    Slice potatoes and boil until just tender, drain. Slice eggs and kielbasa. Make cheese sauce by melting margarine and cooking flour in it. Add milk and let come to boil. Remove from heat and add grated cheese.

    In casserole dish layer 1/3 potatoes, sausage, eggs and sauce. Repeat.

    End with sauce cover with breadcrumbs. Cook 30 minutes at 350.
