    2 Cups hot water
    3 Ounces macaroni -- elbow
    1 egg -- beaten
    1 Cup feta cheese -- crumbled
    1/4 Cup milk
    1 Pound ground lamb or ground pork
    1 Teaspoon minced onions
    8 Ounces tomato sauce
    1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    In a 3 quart saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni; reduce heat slightly and cook in gently rolling water for about 10 minutes; drain and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, 1/2 cup feta cheese and milk. Add the drained pasta and toss gently. Spread the pasta mixture evenly in an 8x8x2 inch baking dish. In a large skillet, cook the ground meat and minced onions until browned; drain off the fat. Stir in tomato sauce and cinnamon and heat thoroughly. Spread the mixture over the pasta in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese and bake at 375ºF for 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4.
