    Chicken Breast in White Wine

    3 halved chicken breasts
    1 cup margarine
    1 1/2 cups white wine
    dill weed

    Recipe



    Salt and pepper chicken breasts to taste. Melt 1/2 the margarine in a large skillet. Slowly brown chicken breasts in margarine. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. Melt remaining margarine in same skillet and add wine. Sprinkle browned chicken with dill weed. Add to margarine and wine, and cook slowly with lid on for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rice.
