    Hamburger Enchiladas

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound hamburger
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup onion -- chopped
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    12 corn tortillas
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/2 pound (6-8 slices) Velveeta
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1/4 cup onion -- chopped

    Recipe

    Lightly fry tortillas in oil. Drain on paper towels. Place 1/3 slice Velveeta on each tortilla. Brown hamburger, 1/2 C. onion, garlic, and seasonings. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer about 10 minutes. Scoop meat with a slotted spoon, placing equal amounts on tortillas. Roll up and place in a 13x9 pan. Six on each end. Sprinkle with 1/4 C. onion, then remaining Velveeta. Pour remaining chili sauce over all. Cover and bake in a 350ºF oven for about 25 minutes.
